        Manufacturing cannot interpret an artistic rendering as a specific detail

        showing 3 dimensions.

        Indicate how deep, wide and high each detail is to be.

        If no drawing is available,  Manufacturing will assess the detail to the best

        of their ability as they are hand carved.

  The custom column will be made in SPLIT 2 halves with a hole in the base and

  Engaged columns can be 1/2 or 3/4 columns split

  Once Accepted, Timing starts from the time you sign

  the shop drawings not the Quote Date

  Once you accept the quote and sign off on the shop drawings,

  the custom product(s) will be made to the closest measurements that

  manufacturing allows (providing for manufacturing tolerances)

  The product(s) will be made to the specifications of the shop drawing

  The application of the product to the job site is the responsibility of the

  architect, designer, structural engineer, or contractor.

  No affixing hardware is supplied.

  Any custom products are made all sales final and cannot be exchanged

 How they Ship   All quotes include shipping insurance, EXW our Warehouse

 International Shipments:   Imperial ships to 16 countries

 Packing Hardwood Columns

 Wrapping:  All wood columns are wrapped in bubble wrap and inserted into rigid

 cardboard sono tubes with wood plugs at top and bottom of the tube to ensure safe

 shipping.   There is a crating fee for this.  

  Courier:  for items under 8 Feet (2.4 meters)  can go by FEDEX 

   3 Levels of Courier Service: 

   a) Regular Ground see Fedex schedules from New York or Toronto 

   b) Expedited Ground:  Direct drop off to Fedex terminal Ground Shipment

   c) Fedex Air:  Direct drop off Fedex Terminal for Air Shipments

   Truck or Ship:  Any columns over 8 Feet must go by Truck or Ship and are skidded

  Packed in Bubble Wrap & Sono Tubes with Wood Ends   

 All are crated in an enclosed wood crate to ensure safe shipping by truck or sea 

 There is a crating fee for this.
